I am a Wife, Mother of 2 boys, a surrogate mother of 4 (working on more), and most of all a human. I have made my fair share of bad decisions, but I would not be the person I am today or be where I am today if I did not make those decisions and learn from them. I hope I make a positive difference in as many peoples lives as I can because of the life experiences I have had.
I am originally from the Midwest and lived most of my life there. My husband and I were high school sweet hearts and married shortly after I turned 18. We welcomed our first son within that year of being married and our second son 2 years later. We had our rough patches but always pulled together to get through those tough times. After years of wanting a change of scenery we moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2012 and it was by far the riskiest, craziest idea we had ever had. In the end it was the best decision we had ever made.
I have met some AMAZING people during my short life and well, some not so amazing people. Only a few people I will remember forever and now consider family. I am forever thankful for those people that were true, loyal, and honesty. I also want to thank the people that were quite the opposite, for teaching me how to protect myself and my family.
I am a firm believer in Everything Happens For a Reason and Karma, if you stick around for some of my blogs you may too.
I am hoping to help other women that have been through situations similar to mine and help educate women and intended parents interested in the surrogate process. I receive questions all the time and thought starting a blog might help.
I might even have a few random one about my mini homestead just because I love it.
Happy reading!!!
